APPLICATION
With fixed table adopted, XK27 series is independently developed by WZ with advantages of high efficiency. accuracy and reliability.
The machine is widely applied in rough and finish ma chining of big and middle base parts, box, planisher etc. It can carry out machining to flat surface, holes, inc lined faces, inclined holes, curve faces and small faced plane of body components. The machine can carry out milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping, Equipped with attachments (right angular milling head, universal milling head, lengthened spindle head and inverted milling head, etc), it can complete internal and external 5 surfaces machining in a single set. With multi- function, it is capable of improving machining quality and efficiency. 3 axis simultaneous control for contour milling.
The main performance characteristics:
Both the double column and milling head adopt constant flow hydrostatic guide way with small flow multiple point pump to realize high reliability as well as coinvenient maintenance. Every feed transmission adopts preload double pinion-racks transmission unit or p reloaded ball screw nut pair transmission. Gantry movement adopts double motors and double measurement synchronous drive. The synchronizing and positioning accuracy of gantry can be g guaranteed. Hydraulic balance device is adopted for ram vertical travel. The boring& milling head can automatically draw an d clamp tool as well as attachments. The milling spindle possesses functions of automatic for ward tilt and backward tilt adjusting. Thus the surface roughness of the workpiece will be avoided. The machine adopts 840Dsl Siemens CNC system,1PH AC spindle motor, 1FT AC servo motor, and speed regulator. All feed axes are controlled by Heidenhain optic scale to realize loop closed.
