The single shaft shredder has low speed and high torque. It is the most common type of machine used in recycling facilities, and it can process large amounts of material at once. These shredders are ideal for especially hard and voluminous material applications like plastic, cardboard, copper wire foam, mixed household, and commercial waste. Depending on the model and material, the machines have a throughput range of 300 kg/h to 5000 kg/h.
Our single shaft shredders have the following features:
1-The rotor knives: : DC53, HRC60±1
2-The stator-knives: D2, HRC60±1
3-The main electrical components are from well-known manufacturers such as Siemens and Schneider.
4-Automatic protection is designed to avoid machine overload and jamming.
5-Split bearing housing technology enables quick and easy blade changes.
6-The moving blade needs to be replaced only after twice use, which reduces operating costs and downtime.
7-The stator knives can be adjusted to maintain proper clearance to the rotor knives.
8-It is easy to replace the screen.
9-It has replaceable and adjustable guide bars and blocks, which keep the shredder bin sealed and pushing smoothly.
10-Set with a two-speed hydraulic system and air-cooled units.

*CE-standard safety devices are CE-certified.
Four types of screens are available: Standard-screen, V-screen, I-screen, and Z-screen. (Please mark the type and the aperture size, or it will be the Ø40 standard one.)
1. The standard screen sets have standard rotor. It is available for hard plastic, wood, etc.
2. The V-screen is set with an F-rotor. It is available for the film, woven bags, etc.
3. The I-screen sets with an F-rotor. It is available for the film, woven bags, etc.
4.The Z- screen sets with an F- rotor. It is available for the film, woven bags, etc.

There are four types of rotors available: Standard-rotor, F-rotor, S-rotor, and K-rotor. (Please mark the type you want, or it will be the standard rotor.)
1. The standard rotor is available for easily crushed materials such as PE, PP, PS, PET, wood, leather, and paper.
2. The F-rotor is available for soft and easily winded materials, such as film, woven bags, and plastic wire.Here is a V-shaped circular groove, which reduces the gap between the rotor and the stator-knives while increasing the number of moving knives. There are no stator knives, and it usually uses Z or I screens.
3. The S-rotor is available for hard materials,such as ABS and copper cable. It's wider than the standard rotor.
4.K-Rotor is detachable for easy change.
