CZ Series Chemical Process Pump
The pumps of series CZ are horizontal single stage, single suction,centrifugal,process pumps. Their dimensions and performance are in conformity with DIN24256/ISO2858.
Type CZ standard chemical pump has the characteristics of type IH standard chemical pump.Its indexes of efficiency and cavitation performance exceed that of IH pump. It can make an exchange with single pump of these two types.

Design Characteristic
CZ series standard chemical flow process pump use enclosed impeller that diameter of axle enough,stable and reliable running.
For balance the radial force, some pump body is designed twin-volute type.
"Back pullout" structure is used in design. Hanger, include shaft, impeller form an assembly part. The length shaft coupling used.
Repairing it need not remove the line and motor,it's very convenient.
The force at shaft gland is balanced by balance hole at back blade of impeller. Single and double terminal face mechanical seal are used.
When the work temperature ≥ 80ºC, the hydrocooling bearing bracket stand is used.
