MT2300 is a highly integrated flyback PWM controller that supports operating frequencies up to 85kHz. The chip adopts HV startup and internal X-cap discharge mechanism, without the need for startup resistance and X-cap discharge resistance.
MT2300 supports multiple working modes and can switch according to different working conditions, such as working in CCM mode when overloaded, entering valley detection mode when under light load, and entering burst mode when under lighter load.
The MT2300 integrates multiple protection functions, such as VCC overvoltage protection, secondary SR short circuit protection, etc., and can adjust external temperature protection, output overvoltage protection, and output overload protection through peripheral circuits.
The MT2300 is equipped with a high-precision 85kHz switching frequency oscillator, which has functions such as slope compensation, soft start, and frequency jitter. The stability, reliability, and electromagnetic compatibility of the system have been greatly improved.
