GLIMPSE push-pull pickling line
The push-pull pickling line is a semi-continuous production line for steel strip pickling process. This semi continuous pickling line features with lower consumption, easy operation and fewer malfunctions. Moreover, The push-pull pickling line is capable of processing many grades of steel strip coils. Thanks to well connection to key machinery suppliers and various project experience, Glimpse Technology is able to customize the pickling line to accommodate various production capacity requirements according to customer individual needs from 100,000~600,000 tons annual pickling capacity.

Process rout of GLIMPSE push-pull pickling line:
payoff roll→9-roll straightener→shear→riveter→entry looper→pre-rinsing tank→rinsing tank→hot air drier→exit looper→deflector→disc shear(with scrap coiler)→bridle roll→shear→oiler→tension coiler
