The coarse crusher is composed of four parts: frame, motor, feed hopper and pulverizing mechanism. The material enters the pulverizing chamber directly through the feed hopper, and the purpose of pulverizing is achieved through the strong shearing of the moving knife and fixed knife with medium speed rotation. By adjusting the clearance between the moving and fixed knives, the size of the particles can be controlled. Through the control of the screen, the particles that meet the requirements will be discharged from the outlet, while the materials that do not meet the requirements will continue to be cut and crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.

The cutterhead rotates to shear the material. When the particle is smaller than the mesh diameter, the material will be discharged through the mesh. If the particle is larger than the mesh diameter, the material will continue to be crushed until it is smaller than the mesh diameter.
