2. The transmission gearbox and chopping gearbox are separately designed with low correlation and high stability, and the power transmission route is short.
3. The pre-positioned chopper has a built-in separation switch, which has good adaptability, lower stubble cutting, and a smoother stubble cutting after harvest.
4. The stalk roller is an 8-edged knives design, making the snapping more stable and reducing the amount of broken stems.
5. The adaptive floating ear stripper plate (which can float up, down, left, and right within a certain range) can effectively avoid the problem of too large or too small gaps between the ear picking plates, and can also provide effective buffering for the ears to reduce the impact and seed loss.
6. The entire header is chainless power transmission and all gearboxes are enclosed.
7. The weight of the 12-row corn header is about 3.45 tons, making it lighter.
8. It can be equipped with row spacing (mm) of 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, etc., twin rows design available.
9. It can be equipped with self-adjusting height sensors and hydraulic drive side auger.
