Description:Ultrasonic bonding is achieved by transmitting high-frequency vibrations to the fabric. When synthetic materials or nonwovens pass between the horn and the anvil of the ultrasonic equipment, these vibrations are directly transferred to the fabric, rapidly generating heat. The ultrasonic energy produced by the ultrasonic generator is transferred to the transducer, creating longitudinal mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are then amplified by the horn and the tool head (also known as the welding head), resulting in uniform and strong ultrasonic energy across the tool head's surface.
Two sets of adjustable-speed motors drive the welding head and the welding roller independently. When the roller is pressed down, it makes contact with the working surface of the tool head. Through the combined effects of ultrasonic mechanical vibrations (up-and-down motion) and heat, the fabric between the roller and the welding head can be cut, perforated, stitched, or welded.
