Product Description
The main function of a sand mixer is to mix old sand, new sand, molding sand binder, and auxiliary materials evenly, so that the binder and auxiliary materials are evenly distributed and effectively coated on the surface of the sand particles. The sand mixer can mix various materials into a uniform mixture during the casting process, such as mixing cement, sand, crushed stone, and water into wet concrete. It can also increase the contact surface area of materials to promote chemical reactions and accelerate physical changes. The application range of sand mixer is wide, including but not limited to mixing cement, sand, crushed stone and water into concrete wet material, as well as mixing molding sand or core sand in the casting process.
