MBJ-3000 Stone Profiling Machine for special shapes/ganite/marble

Product Description

MBJ-3000 Edging Machine is used to shape various stone edge profiles. The whole machine is compact designed for application in stone fabrication shops.

There are grooves and fixing device for fixing stone piece on the bench easily and steadily.

The polishing head can automatically run back and forth along the bridge to do polishing work. Manual driving the polishing head run by winding the hand wheel is also available.

Polishing head vertical and horizontal position adjustment is also realized by winding hand wheel. The polishing head can rotate 360 degree to polish stone edge from any angle.

In addition to shaping stone edge, this machine can also be used for drilling stone holes with drilling tools.

Two supporting racks are attached to the bench side to support wide stone piece.
