1. Material preparation stage

3. Quality inspection
Quality inspection is an essential part of the storage tank manufacturing process to ensure that the manufactured storage tank meets the design specifications and use requirements. Quality inspection includes material inspection, welding quality inspection, size inspection, pressure test and many other aspects. One of the most important is the inspection of shell welds, heads and pressure relief devices, usually using non-destructive testing methods such as X-ray and ultrasonic.
