1.Main Process Equipment:
One set of electrolyzer cell stack with H2 output at 45 Nm3/hr, and operating pressure at 1.0-1.5MPa.
Lye & gas treatment system, including separator towers for H2-lye separating, washing and cooling. 1 set
Lye solution pump, cooler, filter and other auxiliary instruments 1 set
Deaerator with catalyst, dryer, H2 gas coolers, instruments, valves and other auxiliaries installed in skid. 1 set
lye supplementary unit, including DM water tank, Lye tank (SS 304), feed water pump and so on in skid. 1 set
1.1 Electrical control system:
Power supply unit which high converting efficiency from AC to DC power through latest technology without HV or MV input

1.2 Instrument control system:
Local control panel with CPU and power modules installed based on one PLC system (Siemens S7 series) to monitor and
control the operation H2 generating package. 1 set
1.3 Miscellaneous:
Pipeline, fittings, valves, cables and accessories for factory installation and field construction of both hydrogen generating
package.
2. Equipment detailed description and features:
The integrated and compact hydrogen generating system by water electrolysis, which has been developed and manufactured by “GH” with capacity 45Nm3/h of H2 product. The system is very compact with good performance and high operational reliability. The followings describe the main components and their function in the hydrogen generating system by water electrolysis.
2.1 Generating of hydrogen:
The hydrogen gas will be generated through H2 generation, in which there are the following components with corresponding functions.
2.2 Automatic control system for hydrogen generation system by water electrolysis:
A monitoring system in hydrogen plant consists of HMI, control cabinet and primary instruments, etc.
2.3 H2 gas leakage detection system:
The H2 gas leakage should be detected all the time automatically for the hydrogen generating system. Supposing there is any H2 gas leakage happened, the detector will immediately send a signal to control program to trip the hydrogen generating system the operator could use portable hydrogen leakage detector to monitor the hydrogen leakage or not. These measures can be assured to protect the hydrogen generating room from hydrogen accumulated for safety and reliability.
