Hammer crusher is divided into single rotor and double rotor. It is mainly composed of six parts: frame, rotor, grate bar, lining plate, protection device and dust-proof device.
The hammer head of hammer crusher is cast by new technology, which is very wear-resistant and impact resistant. The most important thing is to adjust the required granularity according to customer requirements
The hammer crusher has beautiful and durable overall design, strong practicability and convenient maintenance. The crushing mode of crusher is divided into extrusion, splitting, breaking, shearing, impact or strike, etc. generally, it is a mixture of multiple action modes, and there is no single action mode.
Hammer crusher is mainly used to crush materials under the action of centrifugal force when the rotor rotates at high speed. The rotating shaft is supported by bearings at both ends, and the bearing seats are installed on both sides of the box and fixed with bolts. The grate bars are respectively arranged on the grate bar frame with the rotor shaft as the center, and the grate bar frame is fixed on the box by bolts.
The lower part of the box is equipped with a through shaft with two eccentric wheels. Turn the handles on both sides of the machine to make the eccentric wheel rotate an angle, and then the grate frame can be lifted or lowered, so as to adjust the gap between the hammer head and the grate, and the required product particle size can be obtained.
It can be seen that the rotor is the core component when the hammer crusher works. Therefore, when purchasing the hammer crusher, we must pay attention to the parameters of the rotor, because the selection of parameters can directly affect the working efficiency of the crusher!
