Carbon Raiser:
1. Calcined coal: General contain carbon 85%,90%,93%, always used in the steelmaking, some used in the gray cost iron.
2.Columnar Graphite: It is in the size of columnar, it is the design of our factory, the content of carbon is 90% or 95%, the content of sulfur is 0.08%, and the content of nitrogen is 500PPM.
3.Petroleum Coke:General contain carbon 98.5%min, contains sulfur 0.5%max, can be used in the steelmaking, gray cost iron, car brake pad, cored wire etc.
4.Graphitized Petroleum Coke: The best recarburizer, can be used almost all kind of industry if need, general contains carbon 98.5min, what is more the content of sulfur is low 0.05%max, and the Nitrogen content is 300PPM,Graphite petroleum coke-GPC: is made from low sulfur and low nitrogen petroleum coke by 2500-3500°C temperature graphite annealing.As a highpurity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content,low ash,low sulfur,low resitance etc. GPC can be used as carbon raiser (Recarburizer) to produce high quality steel,cast iron and alloy.
How to choose particle size of Recarburizer:
The particle size choose of recarburizer depends on the diameter and capacity of the furnace. The size of furnace smaller the particle size of recarburizer smaller. We can provide the size in 0-0.25mm, 1-5mm etc.
