Product Description

1. The 35° inclined bed design facilitates easy loading and unloading of workpieces and ensures smooth chip removal.
2. The spindle is highly precise and rigid, allowing for stepless speed regulation and constant speed cutting with rapid start-up.
3. The main transmission system of the machine tool is driven by an AC servo motor, utilizing a high-efficiency synchronous belt to directly drive the spindle, thereby avoiding noise issues associated with gearbox transmission chains.
4. The X/Z axis utilizes servo motors and directly connected ball screws to achieve high feed accuracy and obtain higher machining precision.
5. Each lubrication point can be quantitatively lubricated to control temperature rise and thermal deformation effectively.
6. A T-type tool rack reduces tool change time while offering various tool arrangement combinations to improve production efficiency.
7. Full internal protection effectively isolates important components from the processing area, providing better resistance against oil, water, dust effects for extended machine service life.
