1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.

3.The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw can ensure the best precision and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which can minimize thermal displacement and greatly improve machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails can keep the accuracy of the machine unaffected when it is impacted, the displacement is smooth and the noise is low, which can prolong the service life.
4.Standard configuration FANUC system, and the feed drive adopts FANUC servo motor.
5.Perfect hydraulic and lubrication system, using high-quality hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and other components, greatly reducing the failure rate. The design of the hydraulic and lubrication system is simple and reliable.
6.Programmable hydraulic tailstock and high rigidity structure of the integral tailstock can eliminate vibration and improve stability, which can be controlled by program or manual buttons, and the sleeve telescopicity is realized by hydraulic cylinder, which is convenient, fast and reliable.
