The machine consists of 4 axes, of which the X axis is the feed system, and the B axis is the horizontal rotation indexing axis.
Both the Z1 and Z2 axes are reciprocating motion systems, in which the Z1 axis is the outer round grinding wheel and the Z2 axis is the inner round sand wheel shaft.
2. The machine can grind the inner round straight hole, inner cone hole, step hole and inner end face of the workpiece; Outer circle, outer cone, outer end. The grinding cycle is automatically completed (including automatic feed, automatic grinding wheel dressing, automatic compensation, automatic fine grinding, rough grinding, automatic tool withdrawal).
Processing object:
The main processing objects of this machine tool are: it can grind inner cylindrical holes, inner conical holes, outer cylinders, outer conical surfaces, and inner and outer spherical surfaces. It is suitable for the inner and outer cylindrical processing of parts with an inner diameter of 10-100mm, an inner hole up to 200mm, an outer diameter of 30-150mm, and a maximum length of 150mm.
