Product Description

Product Description Servo positioner is a specialized welding and cutting equipment for industrial robots, suitable for welding and cutting complex workpieces to achieve ideal machining positions and speeds. The rotary table of the displacement machine adopts a well-known foreign brand servo motor combined with a high-precision reducer, which has high rotary accuracy, accurate positioning, and strong load-bearing capacity. By configuring different servo motors (linkage and non linkage), remote operation of the displacement machine can be achieved through robot teaching aids or external operation boxes.
The servo displacement machine mainly consists of a fixed base, a rotating spindle box, a welded frame, a servo motor and precision reducer, a conductive mechanism, a protective cover, and an electrical control system.
The welded overall frame is made of high-quality steel and welded. After being returned for stress relief, it undergoes professional mechanical processing to ensure high precision and usage accuracy in key positions. The surface is sprayed with rust proof exterior paint, and the color can be customized according to customer requirements.
Turn over to make the workpiece fixed on the workbench reach the required welding and assembly angle. The rotation of the workbench is controlled by a servo motor, which can achieve the ideal welding speed.
