A. De-baler:Strong structure for heavy bottle bale breaking.
B. Bottle washing system: Removing 80-90% label and contaminant, making PVC into
milk-white color for easier sorting.
C. Turn-flow sink-float tank:Triple separating distance than normal equipment,
Separating PE/PP/PS materials from PET effectively.
D. New flakes hot washer:Suitable for the more and more thin PET flakes, adjustable
period for flakes washing, sufficient friction for glue removing, effective
discharging for floating materials.
E. Super washing:Removing glue and oil residual after flakes hot washing
