By increasing the pressure and torque of PVC melt, the cohesion and uniformity of PVC melt can be effectively enhanced, preventing the merging of bubbles and obtaining uniform foamed products.
Product advantages 1. ACR processing aids can promote the melting of PVC, improve the surface finish, improve the elasticity of the melt, and enhance the elongation and strength of the melt.
2. It is beneficial to cover the bubbles and prevent the collapse of the cells. The molecular weight and dosage of the foam regulator have a great influence on the density of the foam sheet: with the increase of the molecular weight, the melt strength of PVC increases, and the density of the foam sheet can be made lower, and the increase of the dosage of the regulator have the same effect.
