Product Description As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystalline, gradually losing their flexibility. When exposed to brittle temperatures, they are prone to breaking under external forces. The flash of molded products is typically much thinner than the product itself, becoming brittle faster at low temperatures. Our state-of-the-art cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle, operating in the critical window when the flash is brittle, while the main product retains its flexibility. It utilizes high-speed projection of special plastic media to target and eliminate brittle burrs effectively. This process ensures easy removal of flashes without compromising the integrity of the product.
Functions
This machine is expertly designed for the efficient removal of flashes from small rubber and plastic components, such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts, ensuring pristine quality.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen before being eliminated by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This method significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
