302 Interface Treatment Agent is a cement mortar bonding enhancer, formulated from a two-component emulsion with an emulsion as the base material. It has outstanding adhesive strength with various base materials such as smooth concrete, facing bricks and slabs, metals, woods, plastics, etc. It has excellent water resistance, moisture and heat resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance. It can be constructed on a moist base, is less polluting, and due to the coating treatment process, the construction is simple and the dosage is extremely economical. Therefore, it is applied in the fields of architectural decoration, old building renovation, moisture-proof and waterproofing.
Usage methods and application scope of 302 Interface Agent:
1. Connection of new and old concrete
Used for the connection of new and old concrete in construction joint beam and column reinforcement, old foundation renovation, etc., and the compressive shear strength is increased by 3 times.
2. Plastering on smooth base
It replaces the processes of alkali washing and degreasing, artificial chiseling, etc. on the surface of smooth concrete, and the adhesive strength can be increased by more than 10 times.
3. Brick and slab paving
Use the interface coating method or prepare a mortar with high adhesive strength to pave large brick and slab by yourself, and new ceramic tiles can be pasted on the old surface.
Concrete repair and surface protection
It can be used for the surface protection of concrete and reinforcement to prevent deterioration and corrosion.
4. Treatment of oily and sandy base
The base with sandy or a small amount of oil can be directly coated and plastered.
5. Waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion
It can be constructed on a moist base, and can be used as a moisture-proof layer of oily coatings, and is firmly bonded with the polyurethane coating
Preparation of the adhesive solution: Component A: Component B = 1:3 (volume ratio) to prepare the adhesive solution for use.
The containers for taking Component A and Component B should be used separately. Each batch of ingredients should not be too much. The adhesive solution should be used immediately and should be used up within 2-3 hours.
During storage, Component A and Component B should not be mixed, and the storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C.
The storage period is one year.
If water is found to separate out from Component A, it can still be used after being stirred evenly.
Base requirements: Remove the loose parts on the surface of the concrete base, sweep or wash away the surface dust with water,
Allowing the concrete base to be moist or with the release agent on the formwork, but there should be no obvious water or a large accumulation of oil.
Interface Agent Construction Technology
1. Construction of the connection of new and old concrete
1. Mortar configuration: Mix and stir in the ratio of CH-302 mixed adhesive solution: water: cement: yellow sand = 1:1:3:4.
2. Base roughening: Use tools such as brushes or brooms to throw and brush the mixed adhesive solution mortar on the base to form a rough surface. After hardening, the plastering construction can be carried out.
3. Reference dosage: About 0.3 kilograms per square meter.
2. Treatment of the concrete base with sandy surface
1. Mortar configuration: Mix and stir in the ratio of CH-302 mixed adhesive solution: cement: yellow sand = 1:1 - 2:1 - 2.
2. Remove the fallen or loose ash and sand on the ground surface, dilute the CH-302 mixed adhesive solution with water by 1 - 2 times, and brush it on the sandy base to make the adhesive solution penetrate into the base to the maximum extent.
3. Scrape the prepared mixed mortar on the sandy part for 1 - 2 times, and sprinkle cement for polishing.
4. Carry out maintenance according to the normal plastering construction.
5. Reference dosage: The dosage of each process is about 0.2 kilograms per square meter, and the dosage will vary with the thickness of the repair layer.
3. Concrete surface protection and moisture-proof treatment
1. Mortar configuration: Mix and stir in the ratio of CH-302 mixed adhesive solution: cement: fine sand = 1:1 - 2:1 - 2.
2. Evenly brush the prepared mixed mortar on the base. Use a thinner mixed mortar for the first layer and a thicker one for the third layer. The interval between each process should be more than 4 hours.
3. Generally, the concrete protection needs to be brushed twice, and the waterproof and moisture-proof treatment needs to be brushed two to three times.
4. Reference dosage: The dosage of each process is about 0.2 kilograms per square meter, and the dosage will vary with the thickness.
4. Plastering or brick and slab pasting construction in occasions with *** corrosion requirements
1. Mortar configuration: Mix and stir in the ratio of CH-302 mixed adhesive solution: water: cement: yellow sand = 1:1:2 - 4:4 - 6.
2. Use the prepared mixed mortar to carry out the construction according to the normal plastering or construction method and requirements of ceramic tile pasting.
3. Reference dosage: Calculated based on the 3 - 4mm bonding layer thickness, the dosage of CH-302 mixed adhesive solution is about 0.5 kilograms per square meter.
