SPECIFICATION FOR BOARD CUTTER
specially for sign making industry: foam board, gator board, corrugated plastics, pvc and other foam,
paper, and plastic based products up to 12mm thickness

Installation of The Blade
(1) Fixing Bolt
(2) Depth-adjusting bolt
(3) Positioning Bar
(4) Blade
a.Release the fixing bolt(1) and depth-adjusting bolt (2) by anti-clockwise, and push the positioning bar (3) toward the right until the slot appears.
b. Insert the blade (4) into the slot of the positioning bar(3)
3.Push toward the left the depth-adjusting bolt(2) to the proper position, turning it by anti-clockwise until fixed, then turn the fixing bolt(1) by clockwise, now cutting is ready.
Instruction to Board cutter of aluminium alloy
This is aluminum alloy cutter is a kind of cutter of middle-high grade. The extended rail enables the accurate cutting by long lining possible, this result usually cann't be achieved by other cutters of small size. However it is used alone or combined with the stand, it can also provide the operator with sevice of accuracy and safety. The two pieces of silica gel strips on the bottom can avoid it to move during operation, meanwhile can protect the surface of table on which the cutter is placed.
1. Note of use
a. Place the cutter flatly, or is blade is easy to be twiseted. Put the material to be cut on the boad and align, then push or pull the cutting part until the material is cut completely. By use together with thestand, it creates a bigger and more accurate cutting board
b. This cutter is suitable only for cutting by single way
c. The blade is adjustable, and can be hidden into the part when no use for long time. The standard blade can cut thickness of 10mm, the maximum thickness allowed is 13mm by pulling the blade out a little. Set the depth-adjusting blot in accordance with the thickness of the material cut to make sure the depth of the blade should be 0.5-1.5mm lower than surface of the flat board
d. As maerials to be cut are different, it is necessary or possible for multiple cutting and adjustment of the depth of the blade in some cases.
e. Blade should be replaced when it happens that material moves or cutting is difficult
f. Preferred materials to be cut is foamy board or paperboard
2. Maintenance of the produce
a. Clean with dry cloth. If there is obstinate stain, use half-wet cloth only
It is unnecessary to applyoil or lubricate onto the plastic parts of the prodct for the sake of fear that they can be damaged easily
b. It is stronly suggested tat the blade be hidden into the slot holder and dust-proof membrance be vocerd on the product when it will be kept away for long time
