The copper melting furnace needed in the market is generally based on its process requirements. It is usually made of red copper and brass or copper alloy as raw materials. After copper melting, common products include copper rod, copper ingot, copper bar, parts for electronic products, etc. at present, the copper melting furnace fueled by natural gas (or liquefied petroleum gas) is more economical and environmental friendly.
The general structure of this kind of copper melting furnace is that the shell is made of ordinary steel and 20g, and the interior is fire-resistant layer and thermal insulation layer. There is a burner hole on the furnace body, and a suitable industrial burner is installed. Of course, the quality requirements for raw materials are also very high. Generally speaking, small copper can be used to melt the converter in factories with small amount of copper or factories with low requirements for copper product quality.
