Product Overview The S25 series double-arm continuous sand mixers are specially designed and developed to meet the high-quality sand mixing requirements in various industrial fields. It adopts a unique double-arm structure. Through the coordinated operation of the two arms, continuous and efficient mixing of raw materials such as sand and binders is achieved, ensuring the uniformity and stability of each batch of mixed sand. The overall structure of the equipment is compact and reasonable, occupying a small floor area while possessing powerful sand mixing capabilities, and it can adapt to the requirements of production operations of different scales.

(I) Efficient Sand Mixing with Double-Arm Coordination The design of the double arms is ingenious, and each arm is equipped with professional mixing devices that can stir the materials from different angles and with different intensities. The movements of the left arm and the right arm cooperate with each other to form complex yet orderly stirring trajectories, enabling the sand and binders to fully contact and blend within a very short time, significantly improving the sand mixing efficiency. The stirring speeds of the two arms can be independently adjusted according to the characteristics of the materials and the requirements of the production process. Whether it is fine casting sand or other sand with larger particles, the optimal combination of stirring parameters can be found to ensure that the quality of the mixed sand remains consistent.
(II) Precise Proportioning and Uniform Mixing Equipped with an advanced proportioning system, it can precisely control the dosing ratios of sand, binders, and various
additives. During the mixing process, the special stirring actions of the two arms can effectively break the agglomeration phenomenon of the materials, so that various components are evenly distributed on the surface of the sand grains.
