Applicable Industry:
This machine tool is mainly used for drilling plate workpieces in steel structures such as buildings, bridges, and iron towers. It can also be used for drilling tube plates, baffles and circular flanges in the boiler and petrochemical industries.
Product Feature:
This machine tool mainly consists of a bed, a gantry, a transposition table (double table), a drilling power head, a hydraulic system, a control system, a centralized lubrication system, a chip removal system, a cooling system, and a quick-change chuck.

The gantry, bed and worktable are all welded structures, and after aging treatment, the accuracy is stable. The workpiece is clamped by hydraulic clamps, and the operator is controlled by a foot switch, which is convenient and labor-saving; the maximum processing workpiece can reach 1650×1000mm, and small workpieces can be clamped on the four corners of the worktable, which can significantly shorten the production preparation cycle and increase production effectiveness.

The hydraulic automatic control stroke drilling power head is our company's patented technology. There is no need to set any parameters before use. The conversion between fast forward, work forward and fast reverse is automatically carried out through the combined action of electro-hydraulic.
