Fish feed grinder Fish feed manufacturing machinery includes raw material mixer → twin screw extruder → elevator → layering oven → automatic seasoning line and packaging machine.
The fish feed machine can produce floating fish feed, and the fish can float on the water for about 24 hours.

Dryer
The feed dryer uses a heat pump evaporator to absorb heat from the outside air, or recovers the waste heat of the exhaust gas during the drying process. Through the work of the compressor, the energy is transported (transferred) to the drying box. The hot air in the drying box is repeatedly circulated and heated to absorb the moisture in the material, and then cooled and humidified. After the hot air dehumidifies or condenses, the moisture in the material is taken out, and finally the material is dried continuously.
Seasoning Machine
The coating roller is specially designed to evenly apply seasoning to your baked or fried products. All products come standard with a stainless steel frame and adjustable feet. Motors, brackets, oil spray pipes and nozzles are also standard.
1. Spray fish oil or other nutritional additives on the surface of pellets to improve the palatability and conversion rate of feed.
2. Adopts roller mode and oil atomization spray system, continuous and automatic operation.
3. Widely used to spray fat, vitamins, substrates and drugs on the surface of extruded feed.
Cooler
Adopt counter-current cooling principle to make the particles fully cooled.
