Description of Active Lime Production Line:
This active lime production line is a complete line that includes vertical preheater, rotary kiln, grate cooler, air treatment system, raw material conveyor system, finished product conveyor system, raw coal grinding system, and so on. DCS central control system is employed to make concentrated operation management.
The process of lime production line:
Qualified limestone stores in silos and be shipped through the pre-heater by the elevator into the silos which is on the top of the pre-heater. The pre-heater on the top of silos is consisted of top and bottom level meter controllers which control the feeding capacity. Then through the feed tube the limestone is distributed to the indoor compartment of the pre-heater.

2. Stable production& operation, negative pressure through the whole production process, smooth air flow and high safety level.
3. Simple structure, high controllability, easy operation& maintenance.
4. Even fine grade limestone can be calcined, making full use of the mineral resources.
5. Low heat consumption for per unit of product, vertical preheater installed at the end of the kiln can take full advantage of the exhaust for lime preheating and greatly reduces fuel consumption.
6. Making full use of industrial waste gas (such as blast furnace exhaust gas, acetylene tail gas, charcoal blue gas, etc.) as the fuel for lime calcination.
7. Kiln head cover is integrated with the vertical cooler as a whole, through which the construction area is saved, sealing performance is improved, unsystematic gas emission is effectively avoided.
8. The use of pulse bag filter makes it more environmental, emission concentration is 50mg/Nm3, far below the national standard 100mg/Nm3.
