Q1. What's your products range?
A: Home decorative lighting:Chandelier,Pendant lamp,Ceiling lamp,Crystal lamp and etc.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Generally, we require MOQ 10PCS/Item. But for special project orders, it can be flexiable.
Q3. What about your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
But, when our cooperation is getting deeper, we will consider to adjust percentage of T/T, and support other payment terms, such as L/C, O/A, etc.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long an order does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Sample order: normally within one week, they can be sent to you.
Bulk order: usually takes 15-20days after confirmed payment.
Q5. How to proceed an order for chandelier?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements (dimension, Qty, LED chips, CCT, Wattage)
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places 30% deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6: What about warranty?
A: The warranty is 1-3 years according to different products since the delivery from our factory.
Q7. How long do you deal with complaint?
A: We can give you a fast, high effectively and cheerful after-sales service. Normally we need 3days to provide solutions after all necessary information collected. If it is due to quality problem, we will give compensation accordingly, but we need you provide us with detailed photos and video. After our QC analyse and find out the reason, we will give you the solution.
