High Precision Digital Non-Woven/Paper/Textile and Fabric Test Equipment Air Permeability Tester

Product Description

Air permeability tester YG461E
Aplication
Air Permeability Tester, widely used to test the resistance of fabrics (woven, knitted and non-woven textile materials, medical masks) to the passage of air (air flow), the test textile is firmly clamped by a specified rig of selected test head/area to resist the constant air pressure settled before the permeability test.
Standards

ASTM D737	ISO 9237	ISO 7231	BS 5636
JIS L 1096A	DIN 53887	EDANA 140.1	AFNOR G07-111

Features
** Touch screen control, Chinese and English menu, man-machine dialogue mode,
easy to operate.
** Built in thermal printer, easy to quickly print test results on site.
** Professional computer analysis software can realize two-way operation with
computer, and can carry out report statistics, data analysis, etc.
** High precision differential pressure sensor is adopted, with high precision and good repeatability.
** The test parameters can be set directly by numbers, and the parameter units can be set according to the needs.
** The flow cylinder is welded with seamless steel pipe, which is durable and equipped with door cover and lock device, which ensures the convenience of replacing nozzle and good air tightness.
** The sample fixing device is controlled by the air cylinder, which can clamp the sample automatically to ensure the tightness of the sample clamp.
