Brief Introduction of two stage hammer crusher with double rotor/ Iron Ore double stage Crusher:Two-stage Crusher is improved on the basis of old hammer crusher, correspond to combine two sets of hammer crushers into an overall in a reasonable way.
Two-stage crusher is a new-designed professional crusher mainly for coal gangue, masonry, shale and construction waste, etc. it is a good solution to deal with high moisture materials under open-air working conditions. This machine with no screen plate will not cause any blocking problems, even if the water content of materials is much higher. This machine performs stably even in rainy weather and dose not affect normal production.
Two-stage crusher has two sets of rotors, raw materials are double-crushed by upper and lower stages, the particle size of output is more uniform and ultra-fine.
Main Feature of Two stage hammer crusher with double rotor/ Iron Ore double stage Crusher :
1). Double rotors: upper crushing+lower crushing, high output, finished products with particle size under 2mm account for above 80%.
2). No screen plate on the bottom: no blocking problems even if dealing with high moisture materials.
3). Wear-resisting high-alloyed hammerheads are used together with hammer handles in a combination mode.
4). Hammerheads can be used repeatedly by changing positions.
5). The main case of machine can be opened easily by one person, which is safe and reliable, and is convenient for maintenance.

1. Q:Installation
A: According to clients request, we can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus USD80 per day per one to be met by the client.
2. Q:Payment
A: 30% by T/T by order + 70% before shipment.
3. Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of Hengchang’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
4. Q: What should we do if we want to get a best quotation?
A: If you want to get the correct and exact selection of the model earlier, please help us with following information
