This saw machine is new developed for wet large square wood processing. The saw blade can up and down by manual, then the maximum processing width is 300 mm, the maximum processing thickness is280 mm. To meet the request of smooth feeding and discharging when processing wet wood, we improve the structure of the middle working table, directly adopt upper and lower drum roller feeding structure. It is the ideal equipment for solid wood processing.

Main Features
1) the machine uses the structure of two groups of saw blade processing at the same time, then choose smaller and thinner saw blade according to the wood hardness and thickness.
2) the spindle with special alloy steel and Φ60mm diameter, after repeated heat treatment and precision machining, its performance is stable and high precision.
3) the axis with water cooling structure.
4) machine feeding system equip 7 sets feeding roller, to achieve a strong feed, to ensure the processing of thick material feeding fluency.
5) Upper feeding roller structure adopts the cylinder pressing structure and the segmented pressing material structure and can force adjustment according to the hardness of the wood thickness to ensure smooth feeding.
6) Feeding using frequency converter and cardan shaft transmission structure, feeding speed of 15 m / min.
