This machine uses PUR reactive hot-melt adhesive, fast production speed, the fastest 65 meters per minute; solvent resistance, good weather resistance, the material does not open at -40 ~ 140 ° temperature; glue coating amount is controlled by PLC Accurate and glue-saving.
For profile preheating
The far-infrared gold-plated heating tube is used for heating, which can achieve the maximum power in 3-7 seconds, and the heating position of the heating tube can be adjusted. The thermal energy can be fully utilized, which not only saves energy but also guarantees the heating quality.
Dust removal
In the blowing device, some difficult-to-treat dust on the surface of the profile is blown off. The blowing device adopts the universal connection. The blowing angle can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
It adopts PLC control and integrates the functions of the glue melter equipment into the PLC. The device is equipped with a jog forward and back switch, and the debugging operation is simple and convenient.

The quick-change system device, the use of circular guide rails and rollers as moving media ensures smooth and smooth changeover, saving time and effort, after changing the shape, the butterfly bolt is used to lock the pulley, and the buckle locking device is used to lock the covering area and the frame, according to the shape of different profiles, it can be adjusted once and replaced at any time without the need for secondary adjustment, change time within 3 minutes, the transfer trolley transport device is adopted. After the type change, the trolley is removed without occupying any working space.
Low voltage electrical appliances adopt the Schneider brand, PLC, inverter and touch screen adopt Taiwan Delta brand, and the main drive motor adopts Xiamen Dongli or Taibang.
An air-expanding shaft is used to tension the film or veneer after it has been placed, and the film is smoothly wound around the film. There is a central scale line around the center of the film axis, and the air-expanded shaft has a size scale to facilitate the alignment of the film and the rubber head.
