Product Description:
1. The large operation space ( 335×125mm ) facilitates the handing of large-area workpieces.
2. Internal direct drive servo motor and pneumatic controller components are convenient to install and maintain.
3. It is equipped with automatic back tacking, pneumatic presser foot, integrated LED light, free handle bobbin winder, up and down needle positioning, pneumatic halving outer foot, balance and compensate inner foot, pneumatic second clamp device and other practical functions.
4. Standard DL function, effectively reduce dense needles, broken thread, broken skin problem during climb over thick spots.
5. It can be set two different tension for clamp device by shortcut button and change quickly.
6.Standard metric needle gauge 8mm.

Product Advantages: 1. Pneumatic halving outer foot, balance and compensate inner foot: (1)Pneumatic halving outer foot: Halving device can be opened or closed by shortcut button, when the sewing reaches the position between up and down step, pressing the shortcut button to lift the halving device can make sewing material easier to pass.
(2) Compensate walking foot:Adjust presser foot heinght to accomod ate varying thickness materials.
2. Pneumatic presser foot lifting:
The lifting height of the presser foot can be up to 16mm, which is convenient and quick to place the sewing material. 3.DL function: (1)Transform the maximum presser foot alternating amount 6.5mm by one-click.
(2)When the sewing reaches the position between up and down step,pressing the DL switch can transform instantaneously maximum walking foot and presser foot alternating amount,it will form a perfect stitch. 4.Pneumatic clamp tool function:
It can be set two different clamp tension by shortcut button and change quickly,achieve the beautiful stitching of sewing materials from varying thickness materials.
