Product Description
The machine is mainly composed of a body and a crushing disc assembly. The crushing disc is directly driven by a motor, which has a high crushing line speed. Multiple rows of crushing knives are installed on the crushing disc, and several fixed knives are mounted on both sides of the body, with a certain spacing maintained between the crushing knives and the fixed knives. The machine is installed and connected to a vertical pipe. When the material enters the cavity, it is broken by the impact of the high-speed rotating crushing knives under the action of the crushing knives, the sticky agglomerated materials are broken. This equipment is suitable for crushing aggregated materials and can also be used as a coarse crusher after feeding.
Scope of Application
It can be widely used in industries such as dyes, pigments, pesticides, chemicals, and food, and is an ideal pre-crushing equipment for use on assembly lines. It can be used for dry production as well as wet operation.
