Mesh apron is the key part of compact spinning device because of its following fuctions:
1. The mesh apron works similar as a normal apron in drafting system besides that vacuum air flow contributes better control for the fibres and the yarn.
2. Better control of the free fibres in Twisting Triangular Space. The free fibres are combed by air before move into the twisting triangular space so that these fibres will be twisted tightly together around the main yarn.
3. Since the "free fibres" are twisted very well around the main yarn there are few hairness and offers the opportunity to cancelling the burning process during the finishing.
4. When the yarn is passing on the mesh apron, the short free fibres are taken away by the negative pressure air flow, this poses a great improvement for reducing nips and hariness.
5. Since the free fibres are maximumly unilized during twisting, the strength of the yarn are improved maximumly as well as yarn evenness improved by 0.5%.
