QPR600-6 Terrazzo Tile Machine
Terrazzo Tile Machine is optimized on the basis of imported Italian technology. It owns rotating-disk type operation model which makes the movement independent, and it has the features of stable structure and high efficiency. Due to its unique design concept, the tile can carry on further processing after production, such as sandblasting, washes, archaizing, brushed processing. It can aslo produce chromatic tile or top-colored tile.
QPR600-6 Terrazzo Tile Machine has been designed taking especially into account the requirements of small-medium enterprises for terrazo tiles making; It is however able to offer the complete range of automatism typical of a press of higher performances.
Main Feature
1. Technology original from Italy.
2. By taking vibration on worktable, Rotating multi-layers feeding, with high frequency pressure forming style, the cycle time is short and very high production efficiency.
3. It is a multifunctional machine, which can produce different sizes of stripe paver, terrazzo paver, blind paver by changing the mould only.
4. Various pattern of paver with different color can be made in this machine, it is the first-selected machine for concrete paver.
