1.Introduction:

2. Long life span: Conveyor belt and guide are applied unique wear-resistant material and assure long term working.
3. Reliable operation: Spindles processed by tempering treatment, precision machining, and dynamic balancing with high quality alloy material. Operation is reliable and stable.
4. Configure automatic oil lubrication system. Once oil leakage, or lack of oil, system will shutdown automatically to protect the guide rail, chain plate and main sliding parts.
5. Anti-rebound devices worked at top and bottom, as well as front safety door, prevent the rebound in thin sections and tumor wounding
6. Pressing device with electric lifting equipment, convenient to adjust and improve productivity.
7. High torque gear box equipped on feeding system, can meet a variety of thickness and wood material processing requirement.
8. Multi-group of pressure wheel to make sure 250mm as minimum length with continuous feeding.
9. International electric components working in the machine, stable, reliable and easy replacement.
