Automatic Wooden Pallet Collar Assembly Line
This equipment is mainly used for automatic pin threading and stacking of pallet collars.
After the panels are placed manually, the machine is started, and the chain automatically pushes the wood to the pin threading position. The machine will first bend the pin and then insert it into the collar hinge. After the threading is completed, the collars will be automatically stacked.
The whole set of equipment is simple to operate, requires less manpower, and is highly efficient.
The whole machine includes 4 sets of pin threading systems, each of which includes a pin threading bending function and a missing pin detection function.
The stacking part provides two stacking modes: "vertical staking" and "zigzag stacking"
The feeding side is equipped with a reminder function. After every 5 collars, it reminds the worker to place the collars in reverse.
Need manual put spacer for every 5 stacking layers.
