How does the Student Response System (SRS) work?
Once the keypads are pared with the receiver, you may conduct the students to have their options/answers by clicking the button on the keypad. You are able to preset correct answers and marks for each question. The feedback of participants will be gathered instantly while you end the quiz. Statistics are available to show each student's answers, total points, answering time and personal ranking.
Can ZKXL ZL102C be used without PowerPoint?
No. The software is a PowerPoint added-in application.
If I need to, can I buy extra keypads?
Yes, you can buy any extra amount of keypads if you need. One receiver supports up to 120 keypads.
What is the expected battery life of a keypad?
With general usage the battery will last around 12-18 months.
What type of batteries and where can I buy them?
The keypads are powered by standard CR2032 round cells, cheap to buy and easy to find at other retailers as well as being available direct from us. The teacher-end controller is equipped with 2 AAA batteries.
What is the range of the receiver?
The average range of the receiver is 50 meters. The environmental factors could impact the range. But we are quite sure that the range would satisfy your requirements generally.
What is the maximum number of keypads you can use?
ZL102C is designed for class interaction with maximum 300keypads. If you need to expand the keypads, we can support by modifying the specifications.
Do I need WiFi or an Internet connection?
No. Communications are processed via 2.4GHz RFID mode.
