Working Principles:
In the cylinder (conical) container, powder materials and binder will be mixed into moist soft materials by the mixed paddles at the bottom. Then they will be cutted into uniform wet-particles by the side high-speed smashed paddles
Purpose:
The granulator of wet particles of powder injection binder is in the fields of pharmacy, food, chemical industry, etc.
Feature and simple introduce:
It is the structure of horizontal cylinder (cone).
Full sealed driving shaft, to use water when cleaning.
Fluidization granulation, the finished granules are similar to roundness with good liquidity.
Compared with traditional process, it can reduce 25% binder and the dry time can be shortened.
Each batch of materials will be dry-mixed for 2 minutes and be granulated for 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, it has improved by 4-5 times.
All the processes of dry-mixing & wet-mixing & granulating are finished in a closed vessel. So that it has reduced the process and also compiles with GMP standard.
Whole operation has the strict safety precautions.

Installation and after sales service:
Installing and Commission:
We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment. If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging & Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charges US $ 50 per day will be charged extra.
Warranty Period:
There is one year for fully machine guarantee. And in this year if the machine broken caused by Mechanical problem, all of the spare part is free. The service of the machine all though the machine's life.
