Four Way Smart Shuttle High Density Pallet Storage ASRS Shuttle Racking System is an upgraded version of an intelligent compact storage system for a stacker crane operated ASRS warehouse system. It is controlled by computer system, and the goods can be placed in the designated location by means of horizontal and vertical movement of a 4 way shuttle device. The elevator can move goods to higher level locations and change levels of 4 way-shuttle. The logistics docking between internal and external is carried out through a conveying system.
The four-way shuttle intelligent storage system is mainly composed of six parts:
--Shuttle rack structure,
--Four-way shuttle device,
--Vertical elevator,
--Conveyor system,
--Warehouse management system(WMS)
--Warehouse control system(WCS). As the core equipment of the intelligent high-dense storage system, the four-way shuttle is mainly composed of frame structure assembly, electrical control system, power supply system, driving system, lifting system, sensor system etc. It has two sets of driving system and two sets of lifting system. The driving systems are in charge of X and Y direction movements. One lifting system is in charge of the lifting of cargos, the other is in charge of the switch of main and secondary rails. Z direction movement can be realized by level changing through a customized elevator, which can realize the access of the three-dimensional space of the warehouse.
The four-way shuttle system is a solution that integrates the characteristics of high-density and multi-depth shuttle racks and intelligent storage of automated three-dimensional warehouses.
