Blade cutting take linear bearing system in moving, ensures the accurate cutting, and stable performance. Right head feeding adopts high ball screw-lead motion, with high accuracy and stability. Hydraulic cylinder ensured the stable speed adjusting and saw blade working. Cutting length is controlled by CNC control system to locate fast and precisely. Schneiderr CNC Control System for cutting Optimizing with screen output. Automatic angle cutting can be changed in 45° and 90°. Imported carbide saw blade for a high quality cutting and life. Safety system of shield can ensure the safe operation of man working. CNC system can store 10 set data.
