Tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve the sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants. Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant.Tube settlers (lamella clarifier/inclined plate settler), are designed to increase the settling capacity by reducing the vertical travel distance of suspended particle.The tube settlers supplied by ELITE slope at an angle of 60° and combine to form an increased effective settling area. Thus the settling depth is significantly reduced compared with conventional clarifier with less settling time.Tube settlers use multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° and adjacent to each other, which combine to form an increased effective settling area. This provides a particle settling depth that is significantly less than the settling depth of a conventional clarifier, reducing the settling time.Tube settlers capture the settleable fine flocs that escape the clarification zone beneath the tube settlers and allow larger flocs to travel to the tank bottom in a more settleable form. The laminar flow is good, and the particle sedimentation is not disturbed by floc.3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed according to 3-5 tons/meter2·hour. V0 is controlled in the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the effluent quality is the best.4. The honeycomb inclined pipe is used at the water intake. When the pipe is 2.0 to 3.0 meters in length, it can be safely operated and processed in a high turbidity with a content of 50-100 kg/m3.5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of advection sedimentation tank, and acceleration clarification tank and pulse clarification tank 2-3 times.Product Application1.
