Liansu CE standard High quality powder loss in weight feeder system and powder twin screw feeder

Product Description

Product Description
Features:● Metering adopts twin screw structure with the self-cleaning function；● Metering screw adopts directly driven by special DD servo motor, which saves reduce the tedious reducer and the related variable speed transmission gear ；● Horizontal forced stirring adopts directly driven and independent DD servo motor, which can be adjusted separately；● With vertical stirring DD direct drive is optional, which is suitable for powder materials with poor fluidity；● The whole machine adopts lightweight structure design, the weight is less than half of the similar traditional products' weight, easy to intall and more accurate control ；● Mechanical transmission parts are less than traditional lost in weight feeder(powder),it structure is simple；● The whole mechanism adopts the fast connection mode, basically realizes the disassembly by hand and can be quickly cleaned● With Ethernet communication function, it can realize networking with the molding machine and centralized monitoring function. Working principle: Loss in weight feeder (powder), it is suitable for powder materials online metering, and have two application scenes as follows：Scene 1： installed on the top of the plastic extruder to realize the closed loop control of the extruder output(kg/h)：via real-time collect the weighing hopper raw material comsuption which is in unit time of extruder(actual extrusion quantity kg/h) ,and real-time comparison with the extruder setting (target extruder), if there is difference between these, the software of loss in weight feeder will fynamincally adjust the speed of the extruder screw to achieve the exact consistency between the actual and the target extrusion amount；Furthermore, the loss in weight feeder can also access the ‘linear speed m/min' signal of the haul-off unit which at the end of the extruder production line.Through the internal calculations of the softward, that is:(extrusion quantity kg/h）/(linear speed m/min)=pipe weight kg/meter (line speed can be converted from ‘meter/min' to ‘meter/h', we can get the ‘meter weight' control which is we required；Scene2：Used in concentrated powder feeding project, as the main raw material or auxiliary raw material ratio of accurate measurementControl system standard equipped with standrad ethernet interfaces facilitate data integration with third-party devicesSpecification table:ModelOutput (kg/hr)Load cell（kg)Storage bucket (L)hopper capacity（L）Plastic granule (mm)power supplyVoltageLSGC-WSZ5520663-51Φ220V 50/60Hz1¢, 220V, 50HzLSGC- WSZ60601006183-51Φ220V 50/60Hz1¢, 220V, 50HzLSGC-WSZ1201201006503-51Φ220V 50/60Hz1¢, 220V, 50HzLSGC-WSZ3003003001001Φ220V 50/60HzLSGC-WSZ5005003001501Φ220V 50/60HzNote: A main raw material hopper is optional for the above models; hopper loader (6U) + adapter flange; PLC control, touch screendisplay; Siemens load cell.Product Display
