The main components: imported accessories, servo motors, PLC,touch screen. adopts a bridge-type frame structure, and the beam is processed by gantry machining centers. The traveling head adopts linear guideways with a high-precision and high-speed servo motor.High-quality pneumatic cylinders are used for clamping the guiding rule and pressure plate devices.The surface of the working table is pasted with plastic,which makes it difficult to scratch the surface of the plate when entering and leaving it, and the working table is assembled with a universal roller for loading and unloading the plate.The electrical control adopts a big-brand PLC,touch screen, and servo drive system control for stable performance,fast speed, and high precision. It can be set to five chamfering edge modes for processing options, and it's easy to learn. For each machine, we place the stone test machine in the factory to ensure that every detail is debugged to the best state and then package the factory.
The main engine part and the circuit part are the same when loading containers, so it is very easy to install and debug the machine in the customer factory. This machine can be put into a container as a whole.
