Automotive Interior Non-woven Production Line
Suitable for producing products for automotive interior nonwoven materials, such as needle punched, thermal bonded, powder dispersed and PE film laminated nonwovens.
Production Process
Bale Opener
The diameter for front and back beaters is φ310mm, and the surface is fixed by 3 nail-stick screw; Adopt two hoppers in close& open style; the machine has electronic weighing system; use photo electricity to inter-lock control, and works simultaneously with the feeding lattice of opener.
Pre-Opener
The main opener adopts card pin to open fibers. The machine frame is made by high quality welded carbonaceous steel withδ10mm Thickness; after getting backfired and qualitative treatment, it could release stress completely.
Carding Machine
This machine is suitable to card PP, PET, PVA, bi-component fiber to form web. The cylinders, doffers, working rollers, stripped rollers, and random rollers are all accurately manufactured, shaped and modulated. Equipped with random rollers after doffers. The output is controlled by inverter motor.
Needle Loom
Needle beam' movement is controlled by the electronic worm wheel, depth meter display. Input and output roller's motor and the main motor are transducer controlled. Stripping board are electronic worm wheel controlled.
