1. Roller adopt alloy chilled cast iron. Its surface is with high hardness and wearproof. Roller surface do mirror processing. Two rollers inner hollow spray type. Roller surface temperature uniformity.
2. Roller is ball bearing, grease lubrication structure.
3. Roller adopt device respectively adopt worm wheel, worm drive. It could optional install motorized nip adjustment,easy to operate.
4. This machine is whole base structure, convenient to install.

1.Our engineers can design target machines for customers and send them the drawing to confirm. We are always on the side of saving your cost.
2.In the process of production, we will take photos and send to customers for their track the progress.
3.Test running: The above machines are all passed inspection of 3~5 hours of full load operation before leaving our factory. And we will take the video and send it to you for inspection. You can use it directly thus saving the time of test-run and expense. And we also warmly welcome to our factory to inspect and test running.
4.Warranty: 12 months after installation, if our machines have any problems, please feel free to contact me. We will solve it for you as soon as possible, and give you the best services.
5.Documents such as packing list, commercial invoice, and bill of lading etc. will be sent after the delivery.
6.We could supply free English foundation DWG, installation drawing, user guide, maintenance manual and part drawing.
7.We supply overseas engineer service and help to train your workers to operate the machine.

V. Packing
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
