High Quality 10-100 Magnetic Tensioner

Product Description

Product Description
The magnetic tensioner adopts a novel anti jumper structure design, which prevents the occurrence of wire jamming. The magnetic tensioner is a vertical structure that can be installed with a long arm tension rod. The anti tension rod has a large swing amplitude and a long winding length. At the same time, it changes the installation method of the wire breakage detection device, greatly improving its service life.
Magnetic tensioners can freely adjust the back tension and adapt to the winding of square skeletons and rapidly changing winding speeds, without causing wire breakage. When there is a wire break or when the wire is used up, the wire winding machine will automatically stop when notified by the wire break detection device of the equipment.

Working principle: Utilizing non-contact magnetic torque to provide damping.
Advantages: Magnetic tension is the damping of magnetic force, without mechanical friction, and the stability of output tension is higher than that of mechanical tensioners, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of winding.
