B60 pulling racks features:
The whole machine is equipped with an electric hydraulic control system. The rack is tilted and vertically lifted freely, and the tower column is independently controlled. The wire control switch is at hand with one button, which is safe and convenient to operate.
The super-large size (6500*2260*330-1050MM) Q345 manganese steel integral plate and grid-type high-strength hydraulic vertical single-sided lifting rack can meet the maintenance of vehicles of all sizes. It has high strength and is not easy to deform. It provides a firm and high working platform for the tower column and the main fixture. The deck structure with grid-type rectangular holes can meet the needs of quick auxiliary vehicle fixation, which is simple and efficient.
The patented deck lifting mechanism is flexible and easy to operate, and can safely protect the lifting cylinder from being corroded by various debris, making it convenient for accident vehicles to go up and down. The lifting cylinder is 25 tons and can provide super power to the rack.
The heavy-duty tower column made of high-strength Q345 manganese steel is strong, safe and reliable. The Φ160X2000MM large-size tower column can meet the repair of accident vehicles such as SUVs, MPVs, pickups, minibuses and light trucks in addition to cars.
The flexible fixed tower column operating mechanism ensures that the tower column can rotate 360 degrees along the platform track. The tower column is always fixed on the platform with locking force, which is safe, reliable, easy and flexible, and has low labor intensity.
High-strength vise-type clamps can clamp the skirt and beam of the automobile chassis. The jaws are made of 35CrMo alloy steel. They can clamp the vehicle firmly, safely and reliably, and can meet the chassis fixation requirements of various vehicles.
The main fixture lifting method adopts T-shaped easy-rotating screw with height indicator, which can meet the maintenance needs of carriages with different chassis heights.
The 35CrMo alloy steel forged tensile fixture can meet the deformation of any shape of the accident vehicle, and is flexible and convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and has a long service life. The 10.9-grade fixture fastening bolts are high in strength, not easy to damage, safe and reliable, and reduce the cost of wearing parts.
High-strength 8620 alloy steel G80-grade chain and gravity rotary hook are convenient for operators to use, durable, safe and reliable, and have a long service life. The chain drive adopts ratchet drive, which has low friction and high working power of the tower column.
The movable tool hanging board with wheels makes it easy to manage and use tools.
